1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BuyCellCleveland’s services, including device trade-ins, purchases, leases, or repairs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We offer device trade-ins, phone/tablet sales, repairs, and lease-to-own programs. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, sell, or lease a device. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so.

4. Payments & Deposits

• All down payments, deposits, and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• Missed or late payments on lease-to-own agreements may result in service interruption, device lockout, repossession, or legal action.
• Device ownership transfers only after all payments are completed in full.

5. Trade-Ins

Trade-in values are subject to device condition and verification at the time of transaction. BuyCellCleveland reserves the right to adjust or revoke offers if incorrect information was provided.

6. Repairs

Repairs are performed using quality parts. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair completed and does not cover new or unrelated issues, accidental damage, or misuse.

7. Device Condition & Warranty

Devices sold by BuyCellCleveland may be new or certified pre-owned. Warranty coverage is limited and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyCellCleveland is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes must first be addressed directly with BuyCellCleveland. If not resolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Parma Heights, Ohio, rather than in court. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
