Why does it say supervised by Payvantage?

It simply indicates that the bank has a security feature on the phone in case it is lost, stolen, or payments are not made. This allows them to lock the device if needed.
Can they see my personal data?

No. They cannot see anything on your phone. The security feature ONLY allows them to lock the device — nothing more.
If I'm going to be late on a payment, what do I do?

Call Payvantage immediately at 888-899-5545. If you don’t let them know, they can lock the device for non-payment.
I received the phone but it’s having issues — what do I do?

We provide a warranty for issues upon arrival such as battery problems, speaker issues, or screen not working. The device must be returned in the same condition it was sent. Warranty does NOT cover accidental or water damage. For accidental protection, contact your carrier.
Help! I can’t reset my iPhone to transfer data.

Due to the security, you cannot reset the device — but transferring data is easy.
On your old phone:
• Go to Settings → Your Name
• Tap iCloud
• Turn on Photos, Contacts, Messages, Keychain
• Tap “Back Up Now”
Then log into the new phone using the same Apple ID. Your photos, contacts, messages will download automatically. Apps must be manually downloaded.
How long do I have to pay it off?

If you pay it off within 90 days — no interest. After 90 days, it converts to a 12-month contract. You may pay off at any time.
Can I get another phone?

You must finish paying off your current lease before being approved for another device.
How do I get approved for a higher amount?

As long as you make on-time payments, your approval amount increases. You must reapply within 30 days of paying off your current phone to get a higher approval.
What is the return policy?

BuyCell Cleveland does not accept returns, but we handle warranty-covered issues. Payvantage accepts returns through mypayvantage.com, but you will likely lose what you’ve already paid. We recommend paying it off and reselling instead of returning.
Who do I call for payments or my balance?

All payments after your down payment are handled by Payvantage.
Call 888-899-5545 for payments, balances, or your customer ID.
Log in at mypayvantage.com using that ID.
How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 1–3 days depending on your state.
We do not ship Saturdays — Saturday orders ship Monday.
